Services: Air Flow Dental Center shall provide, and shall be solely responsible for providing, all professional dental care and services for patients.  Air Flow Dental Center E.I.R.L. currently is responsible for providing all marketing, sales & technology services (hereafter referred to as ‘business services’). The business services of Air Flow Dental Center  shall be limited only to the business, management, and non-clinical services.

All dental services shall at all times be the sole responsibility of Air Flow Dental Center E.I.R.L. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Air Flow Dental Center shall be solely responsible for all dental activities - dental quotes, diagnoses, dental procedures, oral surgery. Air Flow Dental Center, through its licensed professionals, shall be responsible for and shall have complete authority, supervision, and control over the provision and performance of all dental services and other professional services related thereto. All diagnoses, treatments and other professional healthcare services shall be provided and performed exclusively by or under the supervision of such dentists, dental assistants, and hygienists as Air Flow Dental Center deems appropriate.

You further acknowledge that the nature of the Dental Services that you may require can only be determined after an in-person examination, and any list of services or requests for services made through the Site, and any quotes for the fees charged for such Medical Services, are merely quotations and estimates and may not reflect the actual services provided or amounts charged. You should always request an estimate prior to commencing any work. It is solely up to you to determine whether any Medical insurance plan you have will apply to the Dental Services and what requirements there may be to utilize such insurance in connection with the Medical Services.

 

Communications and Messaging: By submitting a request to Air Flow Dental Center, including but not limited to: a quote, contacting the clinic, submitting a booking request, calling our phone numbers or conducting an online chat, you provide express consent for Air Flow Dental Center E.I.R.L. to call and/or text you (standard messaging and data rates may apply). If you wish to opt out of any further text messages, send text STOP.

 

Copyright and Limited License: Unless otherwise indicated in the Site, the Site and all content and other materials on the Site, including, without limitation, the Air Flow Dental Center logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Site Materials") are the proprietary property of Air Flow Dental Center or its licensors or affiliates or users and are protected by Peruvian and international copyright laws.

The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of Peru.
